Join Pitch Poets — a FREE 6-week project that brings people together through football, connection, and shared experiences.
Take part in relaxed 5-a-side football sessions, meet other young adult carers, and enjoy a welcoming space to chat, build friendships, and have your voice heard. Throughout the project, your conversations and ideas will help inspire a unique spoken word poetry piece that reflects the experiences and perspectives of the group.
No poetry experience is needed, and there is absolutely no expectation to perform. Come for the football, stay for the community and conversation.

Action-packed go-karting evening for Young Adult Carers (18–25) registered with Carers in Luton. Two 15-minute sessions at TeamSport Dunstable, all safety gear provided, friendly competition. Only 6 places — first come, first served.
